Clarification Regarding the WHO Evaluation

In 2019, a product called AquaCare was evaluated within WHO’s scheme for household water treatment technologies. At that time, the product was manufactured by Desinfektion och Sanering i Norden AB (Org. no. 559187-5843), a former company that no longer exists under that name. According to the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket), this company was previously registered as Xinix International AB and Xinix AB.

The AquaCare product line was discontinued shortly thereafter and is no longer available on the market.

Today’s company, Xinix Global AB (Org. no. 559396-9008), is a separate legal entity with different ownership and management. Under the leadership of our head chemist, Dr. Robert Heinrich, we have developed a significantly more stable and effective technology. This is the basis of our current FreeBact® product range: FreeBact® Water, FreeBact® Surface, FreeBact® Dosage, and FreeBact® Fogging.

It is important to underline that the WHO evaluation from 2019 refers exclusively to the former AquaCare product, and not to Xinix Global AB or any of our current FreeBact® products.
