Xinix works actively in the world's poorest countries to help provide bacteria-free drinking water.
The purpose of the fundraising foundation is to enable those who cannot afford to pay for safe drinking water to still receive it. This is done by using the funds raised to distribute Xinix Global's water purification products to those who do not have access to safe drinking water. By disinfecting the water that is often nearby, but is unfit for drinking water, the workload of obtaining water and the use of plastic bottles are also reduced.
Bacterial -free drinking water - a human right!
One of founder Göran Holmberg's heartfelt concerns was that everyone on the planet should have access to this.
Water is the source of all life. If we do not have clean drinking water, we will get a variety of diseases. Through our simple and locally adapted system of filtration and then disinfection, we can ensure that a village has bacteria-free drinking water for many years to come at a very low cost. This is much cheaper than buying bottled water or laying pipes from waterworks far away.

Our products are easy to use, even for the most vulnerable. No advanced technical equipment or knowledge is needed to obtain safe drinking water using our products.
We are experts on water disinfection
We have been working on this for more than 28 years. We have worked in the most terrifying disaster environments, the Ebola in Guinea, the Tsunami in Asia, the earthquake in Haiti, the earthquake in Pakistan and many more places. We know how to design facilities that will work even after we leave the area.
- We collaborate with local organizations fully, and also with the Red Cross, WaterAid, MSB, UN agencies and several organizations. The reason for this is that they have local knowledge and staff on site who know the language. We know water, that is our area of expertise, in collaboration we can do so much more.
Through our training of local staff, we can keep costs down and ensure that more and more people have access to bacteria-free drinking water.
How does it work ?
By filtering the water, e.g. from a river, in a simple filtration plant and then adding Xinix products, safe drinking water is obtained.
For us in the West, completely normal - but for almost 1 billion people a dream that we want to make come true.

The Xinix Foundation purchases products from Xinix Global AB.
We collaborate and work in shared premises. This allows Xinix Foundation to keep costs down. This ensures that everyone has full visibility into our operations. Both donors and those who need our help.

The undersigned founder has decided to establish a fundraising foundation, the Xinix Foundation, on July 1, 2024. To provide people in need with access to safe drinking water through the statutes adopted in the foundation charter.
The fundraising foundation is under the supervision of the County Administrative Board.
The funds received following this appeal shall, as an independent asset, promote the foundation's purposes.

The foundation's purpose is to provide needy people, without the financial means, with safe drinking water and thereby reduce mortality and suffering for these people.
The future
From this call, the registration process is estimated to take 3 months before the fundraising foundation receives a registration certificate with an organization number. Once the foundation has been assigned an organization number, we will set up a bank account to receive donations.
Contact us now if you have questions and ideas for collaborations or larger donations. The fundraising foundation will then, as soon as possible after all registration documents are complete, apply for a 90 account with the Swedish Fundraising Control and apply for membership in the interest organization GIVA.
