Xinix is entering a new development phase with changes in management and ownership structure. Patrik Hök takes office as interim CEO, while Alexandra Németh continues as marketing manager and also takes on the role of deputy CEO. Peter Holmberg, son of the company's founder, focuses on sales and his role as product expert.

Ales Kulich joins as a new shareholder and Manfred Gottschlich continues as technical manager with a focus on the further development of FreeBact® Dosage.

With a strengthened management team, new shareholders, and clearer division of responsibilities, good conditions are created for continued growth, international expansion, and the development of Xinix's technical solutions.

Following its 2025 launch, FreeBact® Dosage is taking the next step with installations in properties, pools, and spa facilities.

References include Topbostäder in Gällivare, Björnbadet in Björnrike, and Birka Gotland. Follow-up water analyses at Topbostäder show up to a 98.8% reduction in Legionella, strengthening the documentation of the technology's effectiveness in real-world operating environments.

Xinix continues its international expansion with operations and partnerships in new markets.

Through Xinix Switzerland GmbH, its presence in Europe is strengthened, while the establishment of Xinix Asia in Thailand opens opportunities for long-term collaborations and new projects in Southeast Asia.

Xinix is participating in an international EU application in the field of SMART-AMR together with, among others, the Karolinska Institute, Getinge, and Ericsson.

The initiative focuses on innovative solutions for infection control and reduced antibiotic resistance, with a special focus on healthcare settings in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

Introducing FreeBact® Fogging – a portable solution for rapid and comprehensive disinfection of enclosed spaces. Used, among other things, in ambulances, public transport, home care, embassies, and schools.

First installation of FreeBact® Dosage on a cruise ship. Following successful results in the spa departments, with no Legionella outbreaks, more shipping companies and operators have shown interest in the solution.
