Xinix and TVA sign MoU on Sustainability Pilot in Thailand

Xinix Global AB, a Swedish clean-tech company working with disinfection for surfaces and water, has officially signed a MoU with TVA Venture Company Limited (Thailand).

This is part of a strategic partnership aiming to use the Xinix FreeBact® products across sectors such as water purification, sanitation, and agriculture in Southeast Asia. The first test site is GROW Longevity Eco Village, a pioneering ecological hub in the highlands of Khao Yai, Thailand. This pilot project integrates naturally into local permaculture and wellness systems.

“We are thrilled to partner with TVA & GROW and contribute to their mission of ecological innovation and social impact,” said Manfred Gottschlich, Chairman of the Board, Xinix. “Their unique integration of tradition, community, and forward-thinking sustainability aligns perfectly with Xinix’s values.”

A Legacy Connection to Ingvar Kamprad
TVA and GROW Longevity Eco Village are both led by visionary founder Mr. Sak, the original founder and driving force behind TVA. He also had a long-standing relationship with IKEA founder Ingvar Kamprad. The two knew each other and collaborated for many years, united by shared values of simplicity, sustainability, and empowerment. Mr. Sak visited Sweden several times, and Mr. Kamprad likewise spent time in Thailand – a personal and professional exchange that continues to inspire this project.

The pilot will demonstrate FreeBact® use in drinking-water purification for homes and institutions, organic crop irrigation to reduce pests and fungal issues, sanitation in medical clinics and restaurants, and municipal or commercial water systems. The work is being launched on-site in collaboration with GROW and local specialists. Xinix and GROW will release joint updates throughout 2025, including visual documentation and field interviews.

“This partnership with Xinix represents a meaningful step forward for the GROW Khao Yai project. Our vision has always been to create a model of living that harmonizes with nature, promotes community well-being, and inspires change beyond our borders,” said Mr. Sak, Founder of GROW Longevity Eco Village and TVA Venture.

“In our efforts to build a self-reliant and health-focused community, water is life. The FreeBact® technology brings a practical, scalable solution to ensure safe water for drinking, farming, and sanitation. This directly supports GROW’s mission while reinforcing our values of health, sustainability, and respect for nature.

The benefits of FreeBact® extend far beyond GROW. Agricultural farms can reduce chemical use and increase productivity. Aquaculture businesses can maintain cleaner environments for healthier yields. Hospitals and clinics, especially in rural areas, can enhance sanitation with a safe, non-toxic solution. Even hospitality and food service businesses can raise their hygiene standards. We see this as the beginning of something much bigger than one project. It’s a step toward systemic change.”

The pilot will showcase FreeBact® applications in drinking water purification (residential and institutional), irrigation of organic crops, sanitation in clinics and restaurants, and water systems in public and commercial buildings. Strategic cooperation is underway with local universities and scientific advisors.

Xinix Global AB is a Swedish clean-tech company specializing in disinfection for surfaces and water.
