Return Policy

At Xinix Global AB, the following return conditions apply:

2-K products (2-component)

• You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the item.
  
• The right of withdrawal only applies if the packaging is unbroken and in original condition.
  
• The customer is responsible for return shipping. Once we have received and approved the return, the item will be refunded within 14 days.
  

1-K products (1-component)

• For these products, there is no right of withdrawal.
  
• These products are sensitive and must be stored in a dark and cool place. Since we cannot control the storage after delivery to the customer, these products cannot be returned or resold.
  
• If the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery, please contact us directly at [info@xinix.se].
  

Complaints

• If a product is faulty or damaged upon delivery, you always have the right to make a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act (within three years).
  
• Contact us as soon as possible at [info@xinix.se] and provide your order number and a description of the defect. We will get back to you with instructions for return or replacement.
