If you haven't used Xinix before and want to ensure that it really works, we can now offer home testing of your water/surfaces, where you test both before and after using the Xinix product: results after 48 hours.
TTC = Triphenyltetrazolium chloride, sometimes called Red Spot Dye. Bacteria in a sample react with TTC and produce a red color. This makes bacterial colonies appear as red spots, making them easier to see and count on the test.
The test contains:
2 tubes of "nutrient agar" (gelatin plate with TTC)
1 pair of blue disposable gloves
Instruction sheet (English) You can also download the instructions here
The tube with the white label is used for liquid/surface that has not been treated with Xinix.
The tube with the blue label is used for liquid/surface that has been treated with Xinix.
(exact same content, but good to keep track of which is which)

(Frequently Asked Questions)
What is Chlorine Dioxide?
Chlorine dioxide (ClO2) is not a new disinfectant; it was discovered in 1811 by Sir Humphry Davy.
It is well known as one of the world's most effective disinfectants. Since the 1950s, it has been primarily used for treating drinking water, and previously, on a larger scale, only in industries, because ClO2 is a gas by nature.
In 1992, Göran Holmberg at Xinix (Sweden) succeeded in stabilising it into a liquid state. Over the past 10 years, Xinix has further developed chlorine dioxide products with a long shelf life – now available to everyone.
