If you have sprayed on a surface, you can wipe it off with a paper towel – on your hands, you rub the product in (like other disinfectants).
Approved drinking water additive by the Swedish Food Agency, meaning it's fine for mouth cleaning.

What is Chlorine Dioxide?
Chlorine dioxide (ClO2) is not a new disinfectant; it was discovered in 1811 by Sir Humphry Davy.
It is well known as one of the world's most effective disinfectants. Since the 1950s, it has been primarily used for treating drinking water, and previously, on a larger scale, only in industries, because ClO2 is a gas by nature.
